£1000 withdrawal initiated on 29/03/2024, it still shows as ‘awaiting’ today 03/05/2024. Unable to call or email regarding the issue as neither works, can only speak to them via live chat. Have been told repeatedly to be patient, it takes 7-21 working days. As today is 36 calendar days, 24 working days, I have contacted them again and have now been told it has been passed to higher management and can not give me a timeframe other than 21 working days. I get cut off every time I speak to someone on live chat when I start asking questions, they just copy and paste a script and when they speak to you normally they are very rude. I have held my account for a year, and in May and June 2023 I made a few withdrawals and received them no problem. My account was fully verified at the time of opening, and clearly states this when I log in. I have had no communication from them, apart from trying to give me bonuses. I am very upset that I trusted this website to pay out my winnings. I have read the reviews online and I will be closing my account as soon as I either receive the winnings or know for definite I have been scammed.

When I contact the customer service, they allways tell the same “you have to wait”, “In some cases it could take a longer time",… My Account is verifyed by the KYC method. What happened: On the 13th march 2024 I withdrawal £2000 and it said 24-48hrs to process I am still waiting now everytime I contact support on there chat they just say 7-21 days to process then cut me off they have done this 4 times I have sent two emails to support and customer service with no reply whatsoever, there is nothing in there terms and conditions about 7-21 days to process it mine as now been 10 days and nothing It's now been 22 days and still nothing they have taken the live chat away so i can not even talk to them now. Phone number is dead. And 4 emails no response

Contact with the casino was useless from my end, always getting the same automatic message saying to be patient and I will be informed through my email with updates regarding my withdrawal. Hi, the casino is not processing a pending withdrawal that I've held with them. I am worried that I won't receive the withdrawal after reading comments about this casino online. The withdrawal has been on awaiting status since the 2nd January.

Came across the site via an email and last year and played without issue. Been KYC verified for over a year, withdrew £5000 on 18th December 2023 after making around £3000 worth of deposits Withdrawal stuck at “awaiting user request” status. No response to emails at all and chat keeps getting closed or being told to be patient. Received a text to say they have changed domains to mrsloty1.com and emails changed to @mrsloty1.com but still no response! I withdrawed 138£ gbp over a month ago i still have not received my money, ive contacted mr slotty a number of times and keep getting ignored and when i go to live chat some one will end the chat on me every time being rude saying be patient when its been over a month, ive saw the reviews so i think ive been scammed

Dear Mr Sloty, To those who it may concerns. I am filling a official complaint because the 7-21 working days is over now. I tried so many ways to contact the department who is responsible for payouts but in the chat they cut me off and don’t give answers. I still have not received my withdrawal the winning amount I played and won in a fair manner. Also my account is verified from day one. I sticked by the rules so I hope the casino also will have the decent to stick by their own rules. I want to come to a solution and i hope that they are willing to solve this problem. Av been waiting since the 3rd or November its been nerly 4weeks and my withdrawal is pend8ng the qcount was verified withon hours but keep getti g meseges saying alow the technical team to finish dealing with this withdrawal but seems dodgy and qv herd bad reviews

Business day 21 today and I am still getting the same bot responses on webchat. They are ignoring my emails also about this. I’ve had payouts from this twice before that arrived the week after withdrawing so they are doing this purposely because they don’t want to pay such a large amount of money!!

I requested a withdrawal of £1000 in March 2023. This withdrawal amount has since been returned to my player account twice (every 3 months) I have re requested it on both occasions and still haven’t received it. Live chat keep telling me to be patient and give the same boy answer before ending the chat.

I placed the withdrawl from the verified account on 16Aug23. I have been told this can take 7-21 working days , I am now 1 day away and I have still not received an update even after me requesting. I have even asked for my account to be closed and then to continue the withdrawl but they have said this will take longer and in future emails they have just ignored my request to close. I have not received any news of this progressing at all even though I have requested many of times , I simply just want my withdrawl ( I have put more money in than the withdrawl) and then close my account and not to use again, a month for a withdrawl is insane.
