Avantgarde Casino— player complaints: 5 in English

I requested my withdraw on 2-21-24 and they con firmed the verification of my documents on 3-11-24 and was told i wold hAve it no later then 18 business days then they emailed me on 4-8-24 which was past the 18 business days and said they disn't have my acount and routing numbers which isn't possible because i had to enter them when i asked for the withdraw but i sent them again and was told that they sent it to my acount on 4-11-24 bUT my acount on the casino says that it was cannealed aND that they paid me $35 on 4-8-24 which they dI'd not bexcuse acording to them they dis not hAve my account number aND when i emailed aND asked for verification proving that they sent the correct amount they never responded aND i am no longer.. able to log into my account.

I have been waiting since early November for my payout,  It is a measly $100,  the transaction log shows it had been completed, but it still hasn't arrived. I have talked with chat, and someone who I assume is my account manager via email. I'm having the same issue also. Although they haven't told me I can't withdraw yet, they keep telling me that withdrawal takes 18 days. So 2 days before I requested a withdraw I sent in my i.d. for verification, and it took me 2 weeks before they verified me, once I was at 18 days I talked via live chat they said it's 18 days from when account is verified. So it took them 2 weeks and apparently I'm at fault for that. Then I waited 18 more days from then send they're saying it's 18 business days. I've got like 2 days left probably before they start to pull this issue your having with the whole bonus thing. This casino as well as Sahara sands (it's sister casino) is a wash, scam

Hi, I had requested a withdrawal of $1000 from Avantgarde Casino back in May and still have not received it. Support are impossible to reach and when I'm lucky enough to get someone I get no answers and are told to send an email. I have sent numerous emails which takes weeks to get a reply if any. And when I do, again no answers. I've sent requested documents and still no funds. Example one, a reply said to wait 18 days for processing so I wait. 18 days pass nothing. Same reply,  they say 72hrs for verification on a document. Time pass and still nothing. The brought up the fact that I posted on a forum regarding this matter and they accused me of "staining their name" that they "never crossed any rules" and I needed to remove it. Days go by and still nothing. Example two, on July 15th I this email...Your account has been reopened. Your account was suspended due to our system recognizing an IP address that belongs to a restricted country. If you're using a VPN, please make sure to turn it off before logging in. Otherwise, your account may be suspended permanently. What the?? Then July 20th I get an email stating the withdrawal was complete and sent to me. Where? Where'd they send it? Definitely not to me cause I still haven't received it. I'm frustrated and angry that I have to go through all this when it not necessary. All along my account gets locked multiple times where I contact chat support and through email to have it reset cause I can't log in. I just don't know what to do anymore. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

I also have the some issue with avantgardecasino i won 500 and they keep saying I'm with in the 18 day time frame and no other response or emails after and I'm pretty much at the 18day is there way to have them shut down for fraud
