Been 7 weeks, accounts confirmed, paid me out before within 4 weeks now making excuses everyday, ignoring my emails tried everything now

My account is fully verified, I have had a previous withdrawal processed and paid at 16 days. I have my current wide away pending since 8th October. Emails are stating the same delays with finance team, now not responding to emails. Have now seen reviews which state not licenced or regulated in UK.

I made a withdrawal on the 7th September 2022 and I’m still waiting for this to be even acknowledged and sent to my bank

I withdrawal £240 on 25th August 2022. I still haven’t received any penny from them. I did send them multiple emails regarding my money, and every response from their side is that they are very busy and needs more time to do all checks. How pathetic is that, that they lets you deposit and to lose your money in jiffy. But if you want withdrawal they are making massive issues and problem. Apart of that they don’t want to pay my money back, but bombarding me with their promo’s on my email, phone couple times a day. it’s like harassment. I know I should have not to even open account with them and don’t understand why I was able to open account with them if they don’t have uk license. Please advice naive people like me to stay away from them. As I am 100% sure they just scammed me.

I've been emailing this site for over 5 months and keep getting same reply to wait a bit longer but there's no contact number but they took my deposits quick enough and my account is validated but getting nowhere

Basically I made a withdrawal on the 13th of August 47 days ago…it shows as complete on 9th September 20 days ago after endless days on chat and sending emails this is shocking and over and beyond the time frame advertised on there website and I have been more than patient but feel that I am scammed of withdrawal. I am being told by chat and email be patient, was told all complete their end then I was told technical issue it just seems excuse after excuse at this stage please help

It has been 58 days now since I made my withdrawal request of £800 via Bitcoin withdrawal at MrSloty.com casino. 58 days in total is equivalent to 43 working days which has exceeded the estimated timeframe in which Mr Sloty specify a withdrawal request should be accepted. The status of my withdrawal is still “awaiting”, it should have been accepted by now and I should have been paid by winnings. Every time I message them on live chat they just tell me to be ‘patient’ or they give me other excuses like ‘you should be paid soon’, ‘we’re having delays in finance’ but I have been, I could be waiting forever to get my money, or just never at all! I should have received my money. Please help me get my £800? Or have I been scammed by this so called casino?! Personally, reading all the negative reviews on line in regards to Mr Sloty not paying winnings to players, I have little to no confidence of ever receiving my money at all. £50 deposit made on the 9th september it is now 25th september still no deposit recieved even though it was recieved by mr sloty on the 12th september , totally ignored by customer service i just want my money back

Done with withdrawal with Mr Sloty for 700. My ID all been verified. There site says it takes 24-48 for withdrawal. But customer service teams saying I got wait for 28days. I've read there T

Hiya, I requested a withdrawal on mrsloty on the 26th July, bearing in mind it says on the website 7-21 days it’s now been neally 2 months and everytime I go on to support and ask what’s going on the only response I get it you will receive mail when we hear off the financial department, I feel this is really bad as all I see is bad reviews when it comes to the casino paying out.

Been waiting weeks for my money, with no help at all from their live chat.. being told different things. Withdrawl status changed from ‘awaiting’ to ‘allocated’ eventually after they asked for my ID and bank statement/proof of address They confirmed this was okay and my withdrawl is near completion now but still nothing.. On to chat every day with no help.. Made a withdrawal request 12th July. Still no sign of payment. Was told 7-21 working days and it’s 10 working days over that. Live chat is the same response ‘hopefully’ should be sorted soon then chat closes

Hello. I made a withdrawal of £300 on the 8th July 2022. They said I need to wait between 7-21 days. Yesterday was the 21st business day. It's still in my account as pending. I've tried to contact live chat and they just keep saying be patient ect. I've had no successful communication with them and they are ignoring my emails. I'd appreciate any help if you can. Thanks

I requested a withdrawal of £500 on the 7th of July, I was asked to verify my account which I did. It’s been 3 weeks and the withdrawal is still waiting. Please help me get somewhere with this. I get the same response from them every time I go on their live chat. Please be patient.

I joined in April 2022 and made numerous deposits winning nothing. I got a bonus offer through email and used it (I read all the qualifying needed it was x50 wagering playthrough) I won and kept winning so I kept going to the withdraw page and it showed wagering requimemts not met.. so I continued I was on £780 and went back to withdrawal page and I had hit the requirements so I withdrew… I received an email saying congratulations and it would be 7-21 days… now on 39 business/working day… I have been on live chat everyday for the last 5 week and you speak to the same 3-5 people no matter what time you go on… excuses range from “our finance department have a large volume of requests and are working as fast as they can” “the finance team have to check each withdrawal thoroughly to ensure gaming patterns used are not fraudulent” I have various screen shots.. in the last 2 week I have been told 6 times it has been escalated to the “finance” team but alas nothing

Made withdrawal request on 02/06/2022 for £2000 and still not received money. Account is fully verified and I have received a withdrawal in the past so I know my account is verified.
