Hello, I REALLY need some help with this matter. I deposit quite a bit of money onto this site and managed to win it up to the above figure and well beyond only, they begin to reduce the stake. Regardless, I placed a withdrawal request on the 06/05/2023. Yes the 6th of May 2023. You can see that the number of days that have passed since is around 80. They said initially that i would be paid out between 7-21 working days, which I thought was long enough, but didn't complain. Since then, I have been told every excuse under the sun, from skeleton staff to account "investigation." I mean I simply gambled and won. In my mind I am 100% convinced this is a scam site, which have delayed this payment this far and will continue to refuse to payout. I have tried all sorts of psychological tactics from Begging to trying to get their pity, to demanding answers (on live chat...they do not answer emails.) The chat assistants or assistant(because I think their all the same person tbh) say that they send the finance team reminders and that they will get back to me via email. They have said this about 35 times in 80 days. I have not recieved one email from mrsloty on this matter. I do recieve though email, every single day asking me to deposit and play more.Please help me somehow with this a i don't know where else to turn to. I have contacted curacao e-gaming and they don't want to know, the are making up reasons as to why the can't do anything. When i enter the sites licence number on the Curaçao egaming website, it says UNLICENSED casino! on mrsloty live chat last night the tries to say that my email, which I have had all along"doesn't exist on the site, it could be an error, come back another time." They will tell me absolutely ANYTHING, but payout. I have lost count of the number of times I have been told "please be patient" and "your withdrawal will be processed soon." I have been waiting 6 weeks for a withdrawel to be processed, keep receiving the same responses to remain patient please help

I made a withdrawal for £900 on June 1st which still hasnt been completed, The terms and conditions state 7-21 Working days, this is now well over the specified time, I have asked on live chat numerous times and been told to be patient and wait, i have made withdrawals before which have never taken this long

I've been waiting for the standard procedure for withdrawals between 7-21 working days that was made on the date of 09-05-2025 . Now when i ask them about my withdrawal i keep receiving the same copy paste messages and the close the conversation with no notice .

Requested a withdrawal on April 29th, it is now May 26th. Still nothing has been paid, live chat is no help at all. They're now saying the financial department reserves the right to extend the withdrawal process. I'm extremely concerned as many reviews claim that the site has scammed many people. Standard mrsloty stuff by the looks of it. Been over 30 days since I requested withdrawal. Account verified etc. I know I’m stupid for betting on the site but maybe even a nudge from you guys will prod them along. Chat keeps fobbing me off saying they can’t give any info or timeframes . Hi I am KYC verified and already had one withdrawal of £200 processed within a week. Made a second withdrawal of £1100 on 16th January and having nothing but trouble. I was told it would be in my account in 7-21 days which seemed long but I have now waited the time frame and the withdrawal has yet to be processed. The number does not work and the live chat keeps saying wait longer and have patience. No way of contacting the finance team, can’t give me a time frame Emails are not being responded to and instead the support email Address is being used for advertising.
