Hello, I played at Magical Spin during these dates 16-17-18-19-20 of august 2021. During this time, I deposited several times (A total of around 350 euros). On 20th August at 8:30 am, I request for withdrawal of 1000 euros, after which I don't hear from them for several days (if we count Friday cus let's be honest, I submitted that withdrawal so early we should count Friday as a business day) their TOS states they have 2 days to process my withdrawal a.k.a by Tuesday I should hear back from them but unfortunately they replied Wednesday 25th of august . Saying I broke their TOS rule exceeding my max bet because of a bonus I got on August 18th. And stating all of my other deposits after that are disregarded as lost as well as my winnings.
