Magical Spin - Withdrawal refusal and refund of a small amount
Hello, I played at Magical Spin during these dates 16-17-18-19-20 of august 2021. During this time, I deposited several times (A total of around 350 euros). On 20th August at 8:30 am, I request for withdrawal of 1000 euros, after which I don't hear from them for several days (if we count Friday cus let's be honest, I submitted that withdrawal so early we should count Friday as a business day) their TOS states they have 2 days to process my withdrawal a.k.a by Tuesday I should hear back from them but unfortunately they replied Wednesday 25th of august .
Saying I broke their TOS rule exceeding my max bet because of a bonus I got on August 18th.
And stating all of my other deposits after that are disregarded as lost as well as my winnings. Wich makes completely no sense because I had a positive balance at the end of my session on the 20th. After that message, I kindly asked them to refund my deposited money without my winnings if my whole session of time is invalid there. Still, they say no, your deposits are lost, but your winnings are invalid, which makes no sense. If since the 18th of august everything is invalid on my account, so should my deposits be?
Please help me if it's possible on this matter I know it's not a lot of money for a casino but they prefer to [EDIT] it from me rather than give me back at least my deposits during A time I'm forbidden from keeping any money on 18th august in my account they just literally removed the 1000 euros and added 25 euros to my account which is a violation of human rights.
