Please your help. MagicalSpin Casino has blocked my account and unjustly confiscated balance is 3154 euros , please, your support to do justice.
They say that I have logged into my casino account from Peru and Argentina, and there is another player from Argentina that I share an IP address with. I haven't left my house in weeks, and I definitely have not been to Argentina. The borders here have been closed since before I created the account, so its not even possible to leave the country. What they are accusing me off is not possible. I hope this is a honest mistake, but MagicalSpin insists that I share an IP address with an Argentina player and there is nothing they can do.
I have email proofs that I can share with you. I cannot attach hereby because there is no form but ask me and I will send you.
