Magical Spin - Delaying and problems with account verification
I did deposit €200 at this casino and made €800,13 of it. Now they are delaying my account verification and withdrawal. Firstly they keep cancelling my withdrawal because my account is not verified. Okay, now I did sent a bunch of documents. All got accepted except the address verification. But I played at more online casinos then only this one and they accepted all my proof of address documents (bank statement). I did sent the following documents for address verification: bank statement on my name, and a letter from a government agency (tax authority) on my name, that can only be sent if you (fiscally) live there. But they decline it, they say they really need a utility bill, but the problem is that I don’t receive those bills on my name but on my parents name because I do live at my parents house. And now they say I need to take a picture of a utility bill of my parents and a letter that they allowing me to do that. But in my opinion I did sent sufficient documents to complete my account verification. I want my account being verified and receive my withdrawal.
