I would rate this zero stars if I could! Honestly, avoid at ALL costs - you will regret signing up to these scammers.Casumo had no issue accepting my deposits and allowing me to use their website, yet the moment I request a withdrawal of £300, my account has been frozen and I'm being asked for an extensive list of verification requirements - including a selfie of me holding my ID! If these checks are so important, why aren't they completed before customers are allowed to deposit? Don't bother using Live Chat either, they just tell you contact them via email.I deposited £250 into this account and they are withholding my money - Give me my money back Casumo!UPDATE - Don't pay attention to the response from 'Nika', she's asking me to contact her again so that my case falls to the bottom of the queue (as referenced in their last 'auto-email'). The auto-email that states that it could take 8 weeks for me to get a response and get my money back!
