Needed to verify payment card, can't find physical card so I was assured a bank statement showing the deposit leaving would be okay. Three times uploaded said bank statement and three times it's been rejected. It wouldn't be that bad apart from I'm just trying to withdraw my original deposit of £20 which I didn't even wager. Insanity. The only plus is the customer service people I spoke with are lovely. Mike and I think Lina. Otherwise bag of shite.
