1XBet - Cannot withdraw 1000 USD for 6months
I have been unable to withdraw my 1000 USD from 1xBet for 6 months.
THE ISSUE:
During registration, I made a simple typo in my name. My real name as shown in my passport is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. I accidentally typed “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇” when creating my account.
WHAT I DID:
1. I contacted 1xBet support. They gave me reference number CRM Transfer ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
2. They told me to contact the security department at [email protected].
3. I sent my passport photo and explained the typo honestly.
4. I asked them to correct my name so I could verify my identity and withdraw my funds.
THE RESULT:
- It has now been 6 months
- I cannot withdraw my 1000 USD.
- I cannot even make deposits.
- The security department does not respond to any of my emails.
- My account is not officially blocked, but all financial operations are frozen.
WHAT I WANT:
I am ready to fully verify my identity with my passport. I simply want to correct my name to match my passport (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) and withdraw my money. These are my own funds-I deposited them honestly.
REFERENCE: CRM Transfer ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
AMOUNT: 1000 USD
