Worst bookmaker, can't withdraw my money

I strongly recommend that everyone stay away from 1xBet if you do not want to lose your money. Not only will your odds and betting limits be significantly reduced after just a few wins, but you may simply be unable to withdraw your funds from your account. On October 9, 2025, I made a deposit of 147.13 USD. After a series of winning bets, my balance reached 310.76 USD, at which point I decided to withdraw my money after noticing that my odds and betting limits had been significantly reduced. Unfortunately, my withdrawal was blocked, and I was advised to contact the security department by email. After contacting the security department, I was asked to provide a photo of the main page of my passport and a photo of the page containing my registration details, which I did immediately. Unfortunately, instead of unblocking my account, they then asked me to provide a photo of myself holding my passport with the email correspondence visible in the background. After waiting for three days, I received yet another request — this time, I was required to provide “photos of paid utility bills for one of the last three months at the place of registration, regardless of who made the payment.”First of all, it was completely unclear why a bookmaker would require these documents, since they do not really help identify either me or my place of residence. There are much more appropriate documents for this purpose, which I was willing to provide as an alternative. Moreover, in my case, the utility bills during that period were not paid by me at all, but by another person who also lives in the same apartment. So, in order to have the funds in my own account unlocked, I was required to provide a utility bill that had been paid by an entirely different person. How does that even make sense? And what am I supposed to do if that person refuses to give me the bill? The security department completely ignored these circumstances and continued to insist on receiving exactly those documents instead of trying to understand the situation or offer any alternative.Eventually, I managed to obtain the requested documents and sent them to the support team. Of course, they rejected them again, without being able to provide any clear explanation as to why. They then started asking for a payment receipt instead of a utility bill, even though their original request explicitly required a paid utility bill, which was exactly what I had provided. After that, they simply kept sending the same generic messages demanding various documents. After wasting a huge amount of time, effort, and nerves, I came to the conclusion that this is a deliberate strategy used by 1xBet to avoid paying out your money. They can keep requesting an endless number of different documents that have little or nothing to do with your identity, until you either give up or simply do not have one of the requested documents. In the end, your deposit and winnings remain with them.Recently, I tried to withdraw my funds again, hoping that perhaps something had changed. Unfortunately, it seems that nothing has changed. They once again requested a passport photo that I had already provided previously. However, this time they refused to accept the photo despite it meeting all of their stated requirements, without explaining what exactly was wrong with it. Eventually, they simply stopped responding to my messages. To sum up, I can confidently say that 1xBet is the worst bookmaker I have ever dealt with. When making a deposit, you should understand that you may simply be handing your money over to scammers and may never get it back.As for the positive reviews, I can only say that they are most likely written either by players who have already lost part of their money and are therefore still in the negative, but are allowed to withdraw whatever remains, or by bots, or by a few lucky players who won only a tiny amount and were allowed to withdraw it.
