Hello Team, I am raising this complaint because 1xBet has failed to provide a proper resolution to my verification issue despite my repeated attempts to cooperate.I have sent the required verification documents to 1xBet multiple times, as requested. However, whenever I contact their customer support, I am repeatedly told only one thing: “We have not received your documents.”This response is unacceptable, especially after I have already made multiple attempts to submit the documents. Instead of providing a clear solution, 1xBet continues to repeat the same statement without properly investigating the matter or explaining what I should do differently.I am fully willing to complete the verification process and provide the documents again if necessary. However, simply telling me that the documents were not received, without providing a reliable method of submission or confirming what is missing, does not resolve the issue.
