Licence— what it means in affiliate marketing
A regulator's permission to run gambling, defining which markets, products and payment methods are allowed.
Which licence an operator holds decides what an affiliate may advertise and where, and the strict jurisdictions audit affiliate creatives too. A licence listed on a site and a licence actually in force are not the same claim.
