Responsible gambling— what it means in affiliate marketing
The measures operators must offer to limit harm: deposit limits, self-exclusion, reality checks, age controls.
In regulated markets these obligations reach the affiliate: mandatory warnings, age gating and bans on targeting minors or self-excluded players. Failing them is one of the few affiliate breaches regulators act on directly.
