TsUPIS— what it means in affiliate marketing
The Russian clearing system through which all legal betting payments must pass.
It exists so that stakes and winnings on licensed Russian bookmakers are routed and recorded centrally, with player identification attached. Anything outside it is, in that market, unlicensed by definition.
