What recipe-post-mortem-setup does

recipe-post-mortem-setup turns an incident review into a three-step workflow. It creates a Google Docs file with sections for the summary, timeline, root cause, and action items, adds a Post-Mortem Review event to Google Calendar, then posts a message in a Google Chat space.

The workflow uses gws docs +write, gws calendar +insert, and gws chat +send. You need the gws binary plus the gws-docs, gws-calendar, and gws-chat skills. Event times, the attendee address, the incident name, and the Chat space are passed as command parameters.

Install it when your team follows this post-mortem format and wants the document, meeting, and notification created together. Choose another setup if your review needs a different document structure or messaging flow.

## Steps
