What persona-hr-coordinator does

The skill defines an HR coordinator persona and the actions that come with it. New hire onboarding means calendar events for orientation sessions via gws calendar +insert plus uploading docs to a shared Drive folder with gws drive +upload. New hire announcements go to Chat spaces through gws workflow +file-announce, which shares the profile doc along with the message.

Email requests become tracked tasks with gws workflow +email-to-task. Bulk announcements go out via gws gmail +send, and the instructions call for clear subject lines. For anything touching personal data there is a --sanitize flag — keep it on by default.

Two things are required up front: the gws binary and four utility skills — gws-gmail, gws-calendar, gws-drive, gws-chat. Without them the persona does nothing. If you don't work inside Google Workspace, or HR runs on a separate system, skip this one.
