The plugin brings a set of Google Workspace tools into Claude, all driven by the gws CLI. It ships 5 Python tools, 3 reference guides, a local catalog of 43 recipe command templates, and 10 persona bundles. The agent builds gws commands and runs them: mail, Drive files, spreadsheets, calendar events, documents, chats, tasks.
The CLI itself is a separate install: npm i -g @googleworkspace/cli. You also need to authenticate against your Google account. The plugin tells you to check generated commands against gws --help, since the CLI syntax shifts and a recipe can drift from the version you have.
