The server connects your coding agent to official Czech public registries, including ARES, VR, ADIS, and the ISIR insolvency database. International checks run against GLEIF records and EU/OFAC sanctions lists. Entering a Czech entity IČO pulls company records, statutory officers, and reported bank details.
Built-in tools flag nominee directors, shell-company addresses, and phoenix business activities. The system also walks ownership links to map out active stakeholders. Results include an automated risk score ranging from 0 to 100.
Free hosted access is capped at 100 calls per day per IP. Self-hosting requires a pre-built sanctions.db file and the ADIS_SOAP_ENABLED=1 environment variable.
