Search the Czech ISIR register for active insolvency cases involving companies or individuals. Use it to check a company by IČO or look up a person by name.

The server queries the Czech ISIR register. check_ico_insolvency looks for active proceedings tied to a company’s IČO, while search_person_insolvency searches by name. Adding a date of birth helps distinguish people with common names. Set only_active to false to include closed or dismissed cases.
poll_isir_events reads the event feed for monitoring or index backfill. It is meant for the feed, not for a one-off lookup about a person or company. The SOAP integration is in alpha, so some queries may return empty responses; local use requires ISIR_SOAP_ENABLED=1.
An empty response is not proof that no case exists: the service may be unavailable or unconfigured. For identity-critical searches involving a common name, include a birth date or verify the match manually.
