Slot Wolf - Verification request for documents which don't exist

Completed Interac Online deposit through verified bank account. Requested e-transfer withdrawal back to same bank account. Withdrawal cancelled by SlotWolf with following request "Please, provide a screenshot of the confirmation e-mail from Gigadat to prove the deposit of 100 CAD made on May 04, 2021 17:12 " Replied that Gigadat does not email me confirmations as I do not have an account with them. They simply process the transaction as an intermediary between my bank and SlotWolf. May.5th spoke with chat and explained this again to them. Was told by chat to send a bank statement showing transaction to Gigadat on May 4th, with my name and account no. visible. Provided them this info by email on May.5th. May.6th requested withdrawal again. Received email saying cashout cancelled and to" Please, provide a screenshot of the confirmation e-mail from Gigadat to prove the deposit of 100 CAD made on May 04, 2021 17:12" Withdrawal cancelled again by SlotWolf. Explained that they are requesting verification of something (a screenshot of an email from Gigadat) that doesn't exist and that the transaction to Gigadat is clearly recorded on the bank statement I sent them. I have made the same transaction through my bank & Interac online to Slot Wolf numerous times. Gigadat is not part the initial account verification with Slot Wolf and I do not and have never had an account with Gigadat. They would have no way to send me a confirmation email or have any contact info for me whatsoever. I have verified the money deposited and played on Slot Wolf with came from my verified personal bank account - the processing company is irrelevant and simply processes Interac Online requests on behalf of banks. Further, the only verification they need is the deposit on their site, it's not like we are disputing a deposit was made - it's literally the only way the money would have made it from my bank account to their site. From the Gigadat website: "1.The e-merchant’s checkout page redirects end-users to the INTERAC Online gateway page, prompting them to select their bank. 2.End-users then login to their online banking and select the account they wish to pay from. They are then prompted to confirm the payment amount. 3.Upon confirmation of the payment through their financial institution’s secure online banking system, they will be returned to the e-merchant’s checkout confirmation page, where the transaction will be processed." I have also since received confirmation from Gigadat that they do not provide these details for Interac Online transaction. "Unfortunately Gigadat does not provide documents in the manner that you have indicated for your transactions. "
