On Feb 28th, 2020 I attepted to withdraw $1000 dollars in winnings. There was no wager to be completed, all raw cash. I had used Mastercard to Deposit but customer service at Slot Wolf told me I cannot use Mastercard to withdraw as I was Canadian. They told me to deposit using another method in order to withdraw my winnings. The only other option available to me was iDebit but as a Canadian I cannot use that method either. I felt defeated so I played (and lost) the $1000 and terminated my account with Slot Wolf. I feel it is in very, very poor practice to allow someone to deposit using a method that is unable to be used to withdraw.
