Prism Casino— player complaints: 20 in English

Reason: Declined payment Hello, having an issue with getting paid my winnings from Prism Casino.I made 12 deposits over a 2 day period using various promos. I was fortunate to win 3300usd on my final deposit. I was asked to send docs for verification so I could withdraw my winnings. I completed the verification and proceeded to withdraw 2500. within minutes I received an email saying the method I chose for withdraw was denied and I had to choose another method. when I attempted to try again there was zero balance in my account. I logged in with chat to find out what was going on and they informed me my player class had just changed and they were not honoring the promo. After 12 deposits totaling more than 2400usd.I find this unacceptable and am asking to be paid my $3300 winnings in full.Attached is screen shots of all my deposits and promos credited along with the managers removal of funds. They have since credited my last $200 deposit and say that is all I will receive.Any help in assisting me is greatly appreciated, Thank you

Reason: Delayed payment This has turned into a nightmare. My account is fully verified. I spent thousands across the virtual casino group despite poor reviews, giving them a chance, and my first 2 coindraw withdrawal via Bitcoin weren’t instant, but at least came within the week. I had this $1035 I was promised; as you can see in the chat pic attached, on 9/9 I would have the $1035 in my wallet. I’m told to re-request via Bitcoin, and that has a time frame of 7-10 business days to complete. Currently it’s 12th business day since requests and still not approved or funds sent . Live agent said they" escalated "my withdrawal 2 days ago, and still I’ve yet to receive even approval confirmation. They’ve given me 3 different dates & missed all of them; I still don’t have my withdrawl.
