N1 - Payments deducted twice

I have deposited EUR 900 and EUR 1000 to my N1 Casino account on 02.06.2019. However N1 deducted these amounts twice from my credit Card. After contacting their live support i had to find out that they are not willing to investigate since all answers i received are that they cannot find these payments and i should wait for their financial Team to Reply which has not happened yet. Therefore i kindly ask you to help out in this case, since EUR 1900 is quite a big sum
