N1 — player complaint #64763, 2019-08-26: withheld payouts

I wrote at least 20 times to the support,always the same answer I insist that no means of withdrawal works. I click on each means it marks me loading and nothing else I want to withdraw this money,I asked to give my bank details and to have a contact by email or telephone for follow-up but I do not give it every time the same answer,I was even told to send a screenshot .. but without an email address I can not send it on the media impossible to attach files I have the impression that it makes fun of me,when it comes to depositing money it works right away but for the withdrawal is impossible please I ask for a way out of the website to withdraw my money and especially a contact not to repeat my story each time thank you
