N1 - Not refunding deposits, holding onto winnings
Claims 3rd party payment. They claim funds will be refunded but don't verify the procedure has been initiated. Playing for time so I can't dispute with mastercard. Holds onto my winnings, has disabled my account, isn't respecting their own judgement or rules. If they have decreed payment has been made by me with another person's card without authorisation, that party must be refunded or access reenabled and my winnings cashed out.
