N1 - Withdraw problem
Monday morning I received a 50 euro bonus on this website for a tournament. In the end I played and lost so I canceled the bonus. In the evening I decided to play and saw on the promotion page that there was a Monday bonus available with a bonus code. I deposited 20 euros and received a 25% bonus and 30 freespins. I played and finally I waggered 1430 euros in bonusmoney away. Then I went further and in the end I won 5219.00 euros! I decided to paid out this money immediately. this was refused because I had to upload my documents. I upload my documents and my account has been verified externally. then I made another withdraw and the next morning I received an email that duplicate accounts were registered at the IP addresses and they canceled my payment and refunded my 20 euros to my account. I have checked with the support but am always told double account and multiple bonuses on 1 ip address or email? According to them, I have 2 accounts if I want to pay out, but my account can remain open but i will not receive bonus anymore, kind of weird.! But the problem is I don't have duplicate accounts, since I'm the only one playing here. I just had the account for 2 weeks. I have played via my telephone which means that sometimes Wi-Fi and sometimes via my own data is played (signal picks up automatically) that they may therefore think that they are more than one IP address since this is possible because Wi-Fi and telephone are different IP addresses. I demand my payment and I want your help with that.
