On Tuesday 20th October 2026 at 18:45 Zambian time, I deposited ZMW 140.00 to Megapari via Airtel Money / Kazang.My Megapari ID: 1789188653Amount: ZMW 140.00Date: 20 Oct 2026 18:45Transaction ID (TID): MP261020.1845.K52934Recipient: KAZANGSPA SPARGRIS ZAMBIA Till Number (Megapari's agent in Zambia)Method: Airtel Money ZambiaAirtel Transaction shows SUCCESSFUL, money left my account, my Airtel balance is now ZMW 1.14.The deposit has not been credited to my Megapari account for 4 days now (Tuesday to Saturday). My Megapari balance still shows 0.I contacted Megapari live chat (only robot) and support@megapari.com. They told me to wait 24 hours. Now 96 hours have passed and still nothing. No credit, no refund.I have attached:1. Airtel Money confirmation SMS / screenshot showing TID MP261020.1845.K52934 and recipient KAZANGSPA2. Failed transaction screenshot3. My Megapari ID 1789188653 showing zero balanceI request Megapari to either immediately credit ZMW 140 to my account ID 1789188653 or refund it to my Airtel Money.Thank you.
