Withdrawal error declined by operator payment processing error

Gaming ID: 1825308423I would like to complain about my withdrawal which keeps being declined by megapari amounting $3700 USD.Live chat and customer support keep giving wrong solutions as they keep saying there is a technical issue and all that. It's been 3 days now but getting the same error every day and no one is helping out. Getting the same errors every day and nothing is being fixed.Kindly help me get my money back as I have attached all screenshots below.
