Withdrawal 800 MAD not received
Reason: Software glitch
Hello AskGamblers team,I want to file a complaint against Megapari Casino.On 04/10/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 800 MAD. My user ID is 5365637457. The transaction ID is 1376828615. On the Megapari site, the status is SUCCESS, but the money never arrived in my Bank of Africa BMCE bank account.I contacted support many times Ticket ID 99638d1e-ff8c-4807-b4d4-6b1495c96e83 and they keep saying wait. More than 10 days have passed.I have attached my bank statement from 01/10/2026 to 13/10/2026 showing no 800 MAD received. Also screenshot of Megapari withdrawal history showing SUCCESS.Please help me get my 800 MAD. I have been patient.Thank you

Since AskGamblers cannot accept video attachments through the Complaint System, please send the screen recording directly to our Support Team at support@megapari.com. When sending it, please include your Player ID and mention that the video relates to the disputed 800 MAD withdrawal from October 4, so our team can identify the case and forward the recording to the responsible specialists without unnecessary delay. Once the video is received, it can be used for the ongoing review with the payment provider.

abdberadi1 • Morocco 3 days ago Hello AskGamblers team, As requested, here is a continuous screen recording from my BMCE Bank app. At the beginning you can see my account number, and then the full transaction history from today back to early October. As you can see, the 800 MAD withdrawal from MegaPari on October 4th was never received. My current balance is 0.69 MAD. I am still waiting for the official monthly PDF which will be available in early November. Thank you.

There is absolutely no issue with allowing you the necessary time to receive the document. However, we have also reviewed an alternative option that may allow us to continue the investigation without waiting until early November. Instead of the PDF statement, please provide a video recording directly from your banking application. In the video, we kindly ask you to first show the bank account number associated with the account, and then open the transaction history and scroll through the transactions from the current date back to October 4, 2026, the date of the disputed withdrawal. Please make sure the recording is continuous and clearly shows the relevant account details and transaction history. We believe this would be the most practical solution in the current situation and may allow the payment provider to continue reviewing the case much sooner.
