This Casino has as they say an open recepit against me from February 2020. They have send one Email noteworthy is here one time where there tell me. I never had a mail afterwards or even a blocking of my account. now, one and a half year later i made my first deposit after also playing and getting no deposit bonusses by this casino and my first deposit and also account was blocked instantly and they tell me now theyve used it for the old payment i still have to make. Dear sirs and madams, At the 31. of august 2020 i asked the „interwetten“ casino in written form to close my account permanently due to gambling addiction problems, without the possibility to reopen my account or to create a new one with my personal dates. Unfortunately, despite repeated requests from me to close my account forever and to block me, it was possible for me to log me back into my account and I just had to click one field to reopen my account. So it was possible for me to make deposits of a total of 2130 EUR today without any problems. This should never have been possible due to my requests to close my account perambulation several times. Therefore I would like to request „interwetten“ casino to refund the total amount of todays deposits from the 14. of October 2020 with the total amount of 2130 EUR.

Hi. Opened account around June 2018 with Interwetten and self excluded permanently on June 26 that same month. Have self excluded from nearly every operator I can find cause of chronic gambling problem so to curb myself. Tried now and again to access Interwetten account in weakness but was denied up until 31st of May 2020, went onto deposit 7 times in few hours and gambled away 1070 euro in spree which makes me sick. I know I have responsibility but should not have been allowed, gamble free for 2 months but slipped again. When I enquired about previous self exclusion they locked account and said will have no access for ever and now won't respond to queries. Had self exclusion request from 2018 in archive in messages in account but can't get in now. Plus in their t and Cs if self exclusion did end, you have to request access to account again and cool off of 24 hours while they decide or 7 days for indefinite self exclusion. My last contact with them up until 31st May this year was self exclusion request which was implemented by them. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

They don't pay!!! Firstly, when you make a deposit, they make it so that you are unsure if the deposit is successful, so I was stupid and hit the deposit button again, and again. LOL. my $500 deposit became a $1500 deposit. So, I made a deposit of $1500USD to Interwetten, and after seeing their payouts, I decided to make a full withdrawal of my funds. I didn't even win any money, I just wanted my initial deposit back. Then they tell me that my first withdrawal MUST be by wire transfer. They cannot just refund the money to my credit card. After a WEEK, SEVEN DAYS, then I may make a withdrawal using a different method. But, what if you don't have a bank account? THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY!!! I don't have a bank account!!! Please help me!!!

Please don't go here. As soon as you win a little your stake limit (how much you can bet) is limited. It seems very random. Sometimes I can't even place bets higher than 1 euro! If I'm lucky the limit is 2 euro's. It is crazy.Don't join this website!
