Dear sirs and madams,
At the 31. of august 2020 i asked the „interwetten“ casino in written form to close my account permanently due to gambling addiction problems, without the possibility to reopen my account or to create a new one with my personal dates.
Unfortunately, despite repeated requests from me to close my account forever and to block me, it was possible for me to log me back into my account and I just had to click one field to reopen my account.
So it was possible for me to make deposits of a total of 2130 EUR today without any problems.
This should never have been possible due to my requests to close my account perambulation several times.
Therefore I would like to request „interwetten“ casino to refund the total amount of todays deposits from the 14. of October 2020 with the total amount of 2130 EUR.
