Hello, I am having an issue with a €500 withdrawal from GambleZen Casino.I requested a €500 withdrawal on September 16, 2026 at 11:39:58. Withdrawal ID: 65474608. The withdrawal is still showing as “Pending”.I was told that my winnings would be paid within two banking days, but this time has now passed and I have still not received my winnings. My verification is also still showing as pending.I have contacted GambleZen by email, but I have not received a response. Their Live Support button is also not working, so I cannot contact their support team through the website.I would like your assistance in contacting GambleZen and finding out why my €500 withdrawal is still pending and when my winnings will be paid.I can provide screenshots and copies of my communication with the casino as evidence.
