Shocking slots, difficult to withdraw
569 spins, 7 of which were over a 10x with the highest 28x, continuous dead spins, if you play at night they'll pause your session for a period of time (safer gambling measure), but at the same time they'll give you a pop up notifying you of your balance running low and asking you If you'd like to deposit.Went through absolute hell with these a few months back as everyone else mentioned about withdrawing my money but I was unsuccessful, they'll still allow you to play with it though, just not withdraw due to verification.Be careful though because your account will say verified and when you go to withdraw they won't let you so check first before depositing.They want much more than your ID and bank statements, so if you don't own/rent a house and have a utility bill in your name you're going to struggle getting your money, should you get that far.I think eCOGRA are the company who deal with the issues regarding these as I've contacted numerous times.They've also blocked me from any promotions it seems, I imagine out of spite, not like they're worthwhile.Edit after response... It's nice to see a reply here whilst still waiting for your customer service to get back to me, shows you value your appearance other than the customer.There's no point emailing about my concerns because that's where the "loop" began, the response was you saying there's nothing you can do about it repeatedly, you locked my money in my account with no way to withdraw it because it was "unverified", but that same unverified account was still allowed to gamble it as that would of course benefit you.
