Hello,
I have been a user of the 1xBet website for about 10 years. Around 2 years ago, I deposited a significant amount of money, approximately 700 million Iranian Rials, into my account on the website. However, my account was suspended by the site, and they requested identification documents from me. I provided all the requested documents, including proof of my deposit, to confirm that the money was sent from my personal account.
Despite fulfilling all their requests, they keep coming up with new excuses and have not reactivated my account. In their latest email, they asked me to print and mail a series of question-and-answer forms (which I completed on the website) to Mexico. However, I am unable to send mail to Mexico from Iran. I even tried to send it from Dubai, but the postal service there requires the recipient's full name and phone number, which the website refuses to provide.
Before officially filing my complaint with you, I wanted to explain my issue. If you need any additional information to investigate my case, please let me know, and I will provide it. I have screenshots of all my email communications with their support team and proof of all my deposits to the website.
Please guide me on what I should do. My entire life savings are blocked in this account, and it has completely destroyed my life.
