Account blocked during verification and withdrawal of my funds delayed
My account has been suspended since August 15, 2026, and my verification documents were submitted on August 16. I have already passed verification twice before, in January and May 2026.Despite being told that verification takes up to 72 hours, more than two weeks have now passed. Instead of resolving the issue, the Security Department keeps sending new questions every few days, which I answer immediately, followed by another 72-hour wait.I have provided all requested documents and information, including my ID, passport, selfies, Binance ownership proof, and other requested evidence.The biggest problem is the complete lack of transparency.
