My withdrawal is stolen

Id: 377492129I deposited 250 TND via the local D17 digital wallet network and cleanly won 1,700 TND. I requested a withdrawal on August 31st. My payout has been completely stuck in "Pending" status for over 48 hours.Customer support keeps running me in an endless loop demanding a traditional "bank receipt." D17 is a local mobile e-wallet managed by La Poste Tunisienne and does not issue traditional bank slips. I have already provided my official e-Dinar account statement (Extrait de compte) and my National ID card to your security email queue, but support has gone completely silent.I am requesting 1win management to manually override the P2P gateway block and release my 1,700 TND withdrawal to my D17 wallet immediately.My account is verified and every task is done and I’m asking for my money

mahdiamrou18 • Tunisia 2 weeks ago Yes the funds were ultimately played back into the system but only because 1win deliberately trapped my funds in a pending state to induce this exact outcome I didn’t want to cancel my withdrawal I requested a legitimate payout expecting it to be processed within 1win stated timeframe . Instead 1win held my withdrawal in a pending loop for more then week which it broke the terms of each pending of less then 50dollars is received in max 24 hours They intentionally waited for my balance to hit 0 then sent a mail saying now u can withdrawal
