This is my first and only review on trusted pilot, because I feel so strongly about my experience with this company.I couldnt withdraw funds, so every time have to go on live chat and they do it manually after explaining the issue for 30 minutes every time.What prompted me to write this review was an email i received to claim a second deposit bonus which wasnt credited. Speaking with the live chat agent was like pulling my teeth. No help given and no bonus credited. If Netbet read this then check the chat with Logan and see how not to approach customer service.I have asked him to withdraw funds manually because I couldnt which resulted in another, cant see anything wrong with your account. Very frustrating. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking gambling site you have to roll your free bet over x6. So basically you get a free £40 free bet but then have to bet at least £240 more before you can start making real money. What's worse is you have to send these clowns a picture of your bank card and driving licence before you could even get any money out. There excuse for this was " Its like dropping your wallet, someone could come along and use your bank card". If you did drop your wallet chances are your driving licence would be in there as well Einstein. Sort of defeats the object. I must have missed all of this in the small writing jumbled up half explained terms and conditions.

I didn't receive my payment after winning as they claimed the bonus wasn't wagered according to the terms. Very strict terms with too many small letters!

Trying to withdraw money and can't sent documents and they still want me to jump trough hoops awful awful. I have been playing for well over a year and my first win. I will be deleting my account after. Disgusting

I signed up to this site to give it a go. deposited £50 to make use of the "free" bonus. had to go through several tasks to finally get the bonus in the mean time building up £850 in my account. I withdrew the £850 and when I did my bonus funds disappeared. After a few days of waiting for the money to appear in my account I contacted them to see where it was and was told I had to send verification documents to them. I sent the documents away then went to log in and it failed. They seem to have blocked me for some reason leaving me without access to my account and my open bets. That's the stage im at now and cant see me getting my winnings soon. stay away at all costs. All these 5star reviews are clearly employees that would rather write fake reviews than answer their phones!!!!!!

Don't bet here folks! Promotions aren't credited. They do cool with their promotion bets but when you win they won't reward. Customer service doesn't have any idea of what they're doing and all say something different. Also, if you want to withdraw money they already want to have your ID and bank statement etc when you only withdraw 25 euro! This takes 2 weeks before the money is on your account. Netbet truly is the lowest gamble website I've encountered. Horrible customer service and horrible play.Stick with unibet! Way better
