Please see screen shots. It was £5 on various numbers it didn't even come through the play list, the range roulette hippodrome live, account balance was circa £150. It was the most shady thing, and it happened twice. First time I won and it kicked back saying I didn't have the balance, but I did, thought it a temporary bug so carried on playing and I just dropped my value from £5 bets to £1. Then the second time I was feeling confident put another spread of £5 and it took the bet but then as soon as the number landed it turned grey a banner came up saying I didn't have account balance at this point I was furious to have made me lose twice £175 with something that is clearly wrong. Before okt 2021 i have a gambling addiction i didnt know anything about legal or illegal gabling at netbet casino never have to fill limits or something between 2019 till 2021 i spend more then 31.000 euro on netbet i speak to support at that time for a break from my account to play after 4 days i get a mail with a nice bonus offer and get play again in okt 2021 i get a mail that the closed my account because new rules. i blame netbet casino for not intervening in my addictive behavior and ask a claim to get my refunds back

Hello, i know the incident has taken place more than 18 months ago, but i hope you guys understand that this is about player protection as stated by MGA. So in 16/07/2014 i made an account with my real details in netbet.gr.The minimum age in order to gamble is 21 years old. But i was 20 years old and 7 months. Netbet let me deposit, play and also verified my account. After couple of months later i closed my account. The sum of my deposits were 50 euros. Netbet has never paid back my deposits. Eventhough i informed the chat. Now, i have been waiting one week and the chat claims that the department is investigating the issue. But nothing has come. I even gave my e-wallet details but no refund has been made. Netbet needs to comply with MGA's Players Protection Directive, Part VIII – Protection of Minors and Vulnerable Persons 26.(3) Where a minor, notwithstanding the checks put in place by the B2C licensee, manages to make use of the gaming service, the B2C licensee, as soon as it becomes aware that such player is a minor, shall take all necessary steps to prevent such minor from making further use of its gaming service and to return the minor to the state in which the minor was prior to playing

I won an amount of money at this casino, and sent all the documents I needed to. They keep asking me to not cover anything on my driving license, including my personal security number, is that aloud??

On the date 16 May 2020 about 00.55 am time i have set a loss limit of 100 Ron for every 24 hours , before i set this limit i had a winning session where i profit about 3000 Ron , the limit states clearly that loss limit starts at the moment they are first set up , they have let me lose over 2600 Ron till the loss limit stop me . To be clear , Netbet calculates what happens before you set the limit also , for example a week ago i have set a loss limit of 1000 Ron per month , i deposited 100 ron and they dont even let me play , as before i have activated the limit i lost more then 1000 Ron even if i did not had any limit at that time , so what they state with how there tools work is wrong . i did not intend to loss over 2600 Ron , was late i knew i had to set a limit to control my self , so i use reponsible gamble tools , that did not work as they state so i want those money refunded. 2 years ago i won a similar case after a month , they promise changes and nothing happened. thanks

I have a verified account with netbet, made a few normal withdrawals with skrill, but now for the past 3 weeks they are having some technical problems and players can not withdraw using any ewallets, but we can still deposit using ewallets, and they are forcing me to withdraw via Wire Transfer. I have been hearing promises for 20 days that this will be fixed soon, but now they are telling me they do not know when the problem will be fixed. After taking bonus I met the pray through requirements. I wagered all my buy-in money, so by the time I finished requirements, I had started wagering the bonus amount. I had expected the amount would be cashable now. That is not true. They state only winnings will be cashable from now on, without losing the bonus amount. Your review of NetBet states that bonus is cashable, but that is not my experience. Hence the complaint.

Now they said THEY COULD send funds to my Visa card but now along with sending an a bank statement - I will now be forced to phone them as well? Honestly I have never been so bullied over a withdrawal in my life. They were happy to take my money without all the checks and now when I go to withdraw I'm being told several different stories and they keep adding excessive demands to refunding me my, lets be honest, tiny amount of money.

Wednesday 27th June 2018 I deposited 400 pounds at Net bet casino. As a problem gambler I hadn’t gambled for a long time but stupidly set an account at netbet . Hello, I opened my account with Netbet on 20 June 2017. I played a few times and won about 2900. I took out 1000 and left the remaining to play with. About 1 week ago , I tried logging in but wasn't able to. I contacted customer support and was told that my account was closed and manual withdrawal would be done for the remaining of my funds. In addition to my ID , bank card and proof of address, I was asked to send photo of me holding my card. I sent everything and kept on chasing with Netbet but they don't seem to action on my requests. There excuse for this was " Its like dropping your wallet, someone could come along and use your bank card". If you did drop your wallet chances are your driving licence would be in there as well Einstein. Sort of defeats the object.
