Beware of all the fake reviews of this gambling web-site. The fake reviews are obvious from their poor language and pointless comments. Why would someone write a review just to say 'its great', unless they have a positive experience to share?My experience of using NetBet over the last two weeks has been dreadful. I phoned customer services this evening and was on hold for over 30 minutes (I wrote this review while waiting and then I gave up on the phone).It is also almost impossible to withdraw any money. You will lose any bonuses that are due, there is a hefty minimum amount and you can only withdraw whole pounds. I have not received any money yet and I am not hopeful that I will. I do not recommend this web-site. If you really want to use it then I suggest to test with a few small value bets and then try to withdraw your funds to give you confidence before doing any serious gambling.If you look carefully on TrustPilot, you will find a few genuine reviews of NetBet and they expose the dishonesty of this company.

There's no way they have a 96% return to player rate. My first day I spent £30 and it was gone in less than an hour making small bets of £0.40 and less.

I play on a fair few casino sites, and this is by far the worst one. DO NOT sign up here. They will lure you in with a deposit bonus and from there it is all down hill. Firstly it is impossible to actually win, and when you decide you want to cut your losses and withdraw something, you are not able too because of there scamming bonus system. When you have lost all your bonus which is going to happen, the bonus does not go from your account it remains active, therefore when you redeposit money into this site your bonus remains active, therefore any money you win goes into your unwithdrawable bonus funds. You have to manually remove the bonus from your account which no other site does , it is just a tactic to make more money. Live chat is terrible, takes an hour to get through, if you even get through, and the person at the other end is a clueless moron. DO NOT sign up with these scumbags! When i tried to complain, they tried bribing me with more unwithdrawable bonuses like im a thick moron. SCUM SCUM SCUM

Netbet has a great selection of games but that is all it has... I won over £600 pounds and had to call them 10 times for over and hour a time over a period of 9 days. Once finally spoken to I was told to verify my account... did that and still no payout I called again for 2 days left messages and still nothing they are scammers thieves and crooks.... playing for fun on netbet it's a great site playing with real money is a big mistake

They will make it very very hard for you to withdraw even if you didn't win, once u deposit , forget about it, they are Class A scammers, they hire people to wite good review, compare every one to another and you will notice.

No chance of winning, and if you do won like 2% of what you deposited, they will make 1000 excuse not to give you your money, they told me that I have to verify my account, So I did and I played with the money and lost, I asked them before I deposit again, can I withdraw now, they said yes ,you are verified, It's been 10 days waiting for my initial deposit to be back, they said "48 hours",Avoid them, they are Scammers.

After technical fault I contacted customer service. Waste of time. In the middle of free spins it froze. It's happened twice now and still not sorted so closed my account. 96 hours to reply. Very poor customer service for a large site

Nothing is for free and if they have to pay you winning be prepared to provide evidence you will wait long periods and they give you every reason to cancel withdrawal. you can deposit as much as you want as long as you lose without having to provide anything

Joined netbet to get 7/1 on france to win first game of euro2016. To date this has still not been paid. Cant get through on phone no reply to help line emails.AWFUL!!!! AVOID!!!

NetBet are fraudsters, avoid them or they will steal your moneyI strongly suggest that you avoid using this bookmaker. They are known fraudsters and their entire operation appears to be a scam. I wish I had realised when I joined them. I've placed a few bets through their site and it wasn't until I won a bet this weekend that their fraudulent activities came to light. I then did a Google search on them and found that they an extensive reputation for scamming their customers. I made a request to withdraw my winnings back to the account I'd used to make the deposit. Almost immediately I received an absurd email from the claiming my account had "similarities" to some other user. They quoted this alleged user's name and the person is not even of the same gender as me! I've only ever had the one NetBet account. This is the email they sent:“While reviewing the withdrawal you registered on player account XXX, we noticed that you share common personal data with account XX.To process your winnings in security, please provide us with an explanation regarding the similarities encountered between the two accounts. We look forward to your reply.”A Google search revealed that this is their standard scam they use to try to avoid paying their customers their money back. Unfortunately for them I will not fall for it and I'm beginning legal action against them on Monday morning if they've not sent my withdrawal through by then.

Hi,I placed a bet for Leicester to win the premier league - they have won but my winnings have not be credited to my account yet.On top of that the company is not contactable - Live Chat not available on several occasions. Waited over 10 mins on phone line when I tried calling on 3 occasions but gave up since I think it unreasonable to waste so much time to collect earnings. Left a message but did not get contacted. When I tried to email, the send button did not work - also tried another browser.On the plus site, it is really easy to give them your money. This company is just after your money & not interested to pay out.I wish I had gone with another betting site, since the odds are similar but had no problems elsewhere.When you look at positive reviews here, they seem really suspect - I think this company is leaving positive reviews for themselves. I am going to report to Trustpilot.

Dunno where these people found excellent customer service you cant get a hold of anyone. Cashout doesnt ever work. Layout is average and inadequate. Stick with coral, skybet or titanbet these guys at netbet suck!
