INITE Agents — MCP server for Claude Code: setup and features
INITE Agents gives coding and browser-based AI agents access to business details approved by the owner, including services, prices, opening hours, locations, and FAQs.
Open on GitHubWhat INITE Agents does
INITE Agents exposes owner-approved business information through a read-only MCP server. After the business owner confirms its details in the INITE cabinet, the service prepares resources for AI agents, including llms.txt, an A2A agent card, an MCP server card, an API catalog, and structured page metadata. Agents can retrieve facts about services, pricing, schedules, locations, and frequently asked questions.
Website integration depends on the stack. WordPress has a plugin, Next.js uses @inite/site-agents, and sites with a custom-code field in <head> can use a script snippet. REST endpoints and signed webhooks support other stacks. The remote server lives at https://<your-slug>.inite.ai/mcp; Claude Code and Codex can connect to it through their MCP configuration commands, using the site's slug in place of {slug}.
INITE only serves facts confirmed by the owner, and generated articles go live only after approval. Connectors retain a local copy and serve the last working version during an INITE outage. The site key is sent only to https://inite.ai, and a disabled connector stops claiming its routes. For custom integrations, the repository includes webhook examples in Node.js, PHP, and Python that verify event signatures.
