What VegvisAI guide does

Five tools ship with it. find_business looks up companies, check_business queries Enhetsregisteret, find_public_help matches Norwegian public services by topic or municipality, find_political_party returns party pages and programmes in alphabetical order, and ai_check scores a site out of 100 against the yardstick for its kind: business, government body, organisation or party.

The connector speaks Streamable HTTP at POST /mcp, stateless JSON-RPC, no login. It runs on Cloudflare Workers with Wrangler as the only dependency, keeps no storage and logs no content. Prompt-injection defence is built in: register and website content is marked as data and sanitised, and ai_check flags hidden instructions. Rate limits apply per client and per checked site.

The public endpoint is https://vegvis.ai/mcp. Until launch, agent tests use https://veiviser-test.testplattform.workers.dev, where every page carries noindex. The service pages are in Norwegian, so this fits Norwegian business and public-service queries and little else.

What it helps with

  • look up a company by name and industry
  • verify an organisation against Enhetsregisteret
  • match a public service by topic or municipality
  • read Norwegian party programmes without any ranking
  • see how a site reads to AI and catch hidden instructions

Example prompts for the agent

  • Find a bakery in Oslo with find_business
  • Check this organisation number in Enhetsregisteret
  • Score eksempel.no and tell me what it opens up for AI
