ImmyBot MCP — Claude Code MCP server: typed ImmyBot API access
Typed calls to every ImmyBot endpoint, plus a local SQLite mirror for questions that span several tenants at once.
Open on GitHubWhat ImmyBot MCP does
The server hands your agent the ImmyBot API: each endpoint comes with types, and a local SQLite copy sits next to it. That copy answers cross-tenant questions the web UI leaves open. Built for MSP owners, open source, runs on your laptop.
Two binaries ship together: immybot-cli and immybot-mcp. The installer puts both on your user bin path, and SKILL.md in that directory is how Claude, Codex and Cowork find the skill. Check the install with immybot-cli --version.
One thing to watch: this build's HTTP mode has no password. Don't start --transport http, not even on localhost — any program on the machine could use it, and the MCP tools can change things with your credentials. Stay on stdio. If you opened a tunnel for a remote agent, close it.
What it helps with
- pull a summary across several ImmyBot tenants in one call
- call any ImmyBot endpoint from an agent without reading the API docs
- confirm the CLI and MCP server installed correctly
- wire ImmyBot into Claude, Codex or Cowork through
SKILL.md - re-run the installer to move to the current release
Example prompts for the agent

- Run
immybot-cli --helpand tell me which commands I have

Questions about ImmyBot MCP
How do I install ImmyBot MCP in Claude Code?
Add the marketplace, then install the plugin: /plugin marketplace add Servosity/msp-skills followed by /plugin install immybot@msp-skills.
What does ImmyBot MCP do?
It gives an agent typed access to the ImmyBot API along with a local SQLite mirror, so you can ask questions that cover several tenants.
Why should I avoid HTTP mode?
In this build it asks for no password, so any program on the computer can reach tools that make changes with your credentials. Use stdio instead.
