**Title:** Unfair Bonus Applied Without Consent – Withdrawal Blocked **Review Text:** I am extremely disappointed with my experience at VegasHero. After making a deposit and playing normally, I requested a withdrawal from my own funds and winnings. Instead of processing my withdrawal, VegasHero **added a tournament bonus to my remaining balance without my consent**. Because of this forced bonus, my account is now subject to wagering requirements that I never agreed to. This means my withdrawal is being blocked unless I gamble more money, which I did not request and do not want to do. I never opted in to this bonus, and I was not warned that it would be applied automatically. I have contacted customer support but have not received a proper resolution so far. This practice feels deceptive and unfair: • A bonus was applied without my permission • My withdrawal was blocked because of it • I am being forced to wager funds I already earned I am requesting: 1. Immediate removal of the bonus 2. Release of my withdrawable balance 3. Clear explanation of why this bonus was added without consent Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this casino to other players. Be very careful, as accepting or being given a bonus without knowing can lock your money.

I made a deposit 4.12.2022 and wagered bonus in Vegas Hero casino. I made multiple support contacts to withdraw my funds and asked if they need any KYC verifications and so on. They told me they get back to me shortly. My account, source of income and other documents are accepted by them. I win that amount in july and no any progress in 3months now.

On 26/05/2021 I withdrew £120. I’ve have continued to speak to live chat and told them that it had not been processed when they said it should of been after 72 hours. I tried again today to live chat and couldn’t get through and was just the live bot. Hi, I won some cash at Vegas hero on 2nd December 2020, I then withdrew the balance and received a withdrawal confirmation email. I heard nothing from them for a week so I emailed on 8th December requesting an update to which I was told 6 days later that a ‘standard routine check’ was being performed on my account. On 17th December I asked them how long the check would take. On 29th December I chased them up for a response as I still hadn’t heard any update at all to which I as told that ‘there does not seem to be an update as of yet’. Again, I was ignored and heard no news re: my withdrawal so on 6th January 2021 I sent another email. They confirmed that ‘the relevant department is working on this matter on high priority and you will be informed as soon as the process is completed’. Since this last correspondence, I’ve heard nothing from them again. They are clearly stalling me unnecessarily and I’m not sure why. It’s now been 50 days since I requested this withdrawal. Completely out of order and extremely irritating that my money’s being held in limbo.

Hello, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my withdrawal. It took 2 weeks just to verify the account! Account opened early June. Deposit of 100 pond taken and played blackjack for a few hours winning 1500 pound. On withdrawal request was told my deposit was void as I had previously self excluded from a site associated with Vegas Hero. After receiving promotional offers I logged on again expecting my account to be closed. It was not and VH has since accepted a further 3200 pound in deposits. My claim is if my account is not deactivated then Vegas Hero should honour all withdrawals, the initial 1500 and a further 300 currently being processed or as Vegas Hero did initially, refund all deposits made since opening account. I have spoken to a member of the support team who said he would escalate my complaint but I have nothing since. My account has however been deactivated courtesy of the support team staff

I made a withdrawal over 2 weeks ago for £497 from my account. I requested an account withdrawal over 3 days ago. The offer was that withdrawals are processed up to 48 hours. I asked yesterday at livechat why the withdrawal is still pending. I heard the answer that it lasts 72 hours. Still no money. . Today I asked again. I heard if we do not request withdrawal please contact me tomorrow.

I won this money on the 6th May 2020. I waited a week but didn't receive any money so spoke to live chat and they said I had to send in various selfie photos of me holding a specific note and my ID and payment card along with a POA and copy of my passport. I sent all of this in to them but still no payment 1 week later. They never reply to my emails and whenever I speak to live chat they just say it's still being reviewed. They say after receiving documents it can take up to 72hrs to process payment it has been much longer than that and I am feeling like am being fobbed off by them. I signed up to this casino and deposited £170 and withdrew £350 but the the withdrawal has been pending for nearly 3 weeks now. Every time I go onto live chat I am told the same thing - “I have forwarded this to the relevant department You will be kept updated via email With any updates I do apologies for any inconvenience”. I won some Money back on the 23rd of March, and withdrew the money. Next day i get an email to verify the account and send documents, which i did that same day. I have waited and sent emails, and been on live chat several times. i have been told that it would be escalated, which was 2 weeks ago. and today i have been told that the Routine checks are taking longer, but they couldn't say why it is currently taking longer. I won this money on 16/02/20. I have sent them all the documents they have requested but they still haven't sent the payment. I never receive any replies from my emails and when I speak to live chat they can't shed any light on whats going on apart from it's with the relevant department. I think over 5 weeks is plenty of time to at least give a proper explanation on what is the reason for the delay in payment.
