So i tried to withdraw money from Betmaster and they asked me for standard KYC stuff which i provided, then they wanted proof of the transaction which i provided, then they wanted proof of second transaction which i provided, then they wanted januarys whole statement, which i provided, then they wanted decembers statement which i provided. now they want statements from my other bank accounts. this is insane and there is no way i have to provide these things to a gambling company. can you please help me?

Hello I am really disappointed with this casino. I registered on this casino and started betting normally. I was losing and winning, and I was depositing money and withdrawing my winnings normally. 21 days ago from today's date I withdrew the profits but they did not reach my account. I contacted support and they asked me to confirm my identity and I agreed to the site's policy and to confirm the identity of the customers because I read the site's terms and conditions and agreed to them. I sent all the required documents: ID card, a photo with my ID, a receipt confirming my address, a Binance and BitGet account statement, a photo of me holding my phone with the live chat, and a photo of my last deposit. I was betting normally and the verification was going normally and I was winning and losing but the win was more than 1300 USDT. On Friday, 2600 USDT and then I was banned from betting and I was only given casino games After 21 days, I received an email today saying that I violated the site’s terms and conditions and that I have multiple accounts. This is completely untrue because I have one account that contains my personal information and one account in the family. My account is only open on my personal phone and I do not use the public internet. I use my SIM card’s internet only. I have a screenshot to prove that my account was opened from one phone, which is my phone. Also I didn't use any bonus I was betting my own money I hope you will intervene to solve this problem. I went true verification procces and everything was going well. But then i received mail from them where they accused me from multiaccount and blocked my account [EDIT]. I had only one account there. Its definitely not true what they are saying and now they dont want to talk with me anymore… didnt show me some přivést or nothing… i dont know what to do… please help me. Thanks!

The price betmaster.io offered was, at the time I placed the bet, in line with the general market (market average price). 1xbet had for example 3.12 on Lens to win. Bookies using betradars odds engine was between 2.85 and 3.0 at the time I placed my bet. Kambis odds engine offered 2.8. Betmasters price was 2.95 for Lens to win. The price was like that for many days, before it dropped. This was not mispricing is what I am getting at and can not be voided as that, especially after the result is final. Betmaster.io have not acted in fair practice. A bookmaker can not void a bet on such a big league on 1X2 odds, after the result is final. Hi, I have done previous deposits and withdrawals at Betmaster.io. During the last week of october I won 10,000 euro at this casino. They did not pay my funds this time, but asked for selfie which I sent to them. Then they requested I do a video call, and they provided times. A few days later they sent me a chat message saying my account was terminated due to having many other others accounts. Which is completely false. Is pogg able to help ?

On 16.10 casino blocked my account with the money on the balance that I was ready to withdraw. That happened right after I contacted with the issue with withdrawal button. It was not active and I couldn't finish my withdrawal. It is also important to know that it was my first withdrawal in casino, I deposited more than 2000€ before I wanted to make a withdrawal request.
