Black points: 157 Amount: €1,200
The player from Ireland requested withdrawals made three weeks ago, with one for €400 and another pending since 12/09/26. Despite being fully verified and having no violations, she struggled with delays and generic responses after sending over 200 emails and spending nearly 100 hours on live chat. We were unable to move the complaint forward because the casino followed a No-Reaction Policy and repeatedly failed to cooperate with our mediation attempts. As a result, the complaint was closed as unresolved, which affected the casino’s rating and may encourage it to respond to future cases. The player from Ireland requested withdrawals made three weeks ago, with one for €400 and another pending since 12/09/26.
