CLOSED: Staxino Casino - Slow Payment Issue

My withdrawal of €400 is pending since 31/08/26. My withdrawal of €800 is pending since 12/09/26. Over 500 emails ignored. Over 120 hours on live chat for nothing but copy and paste loops about further checks needed and apologizing for delay. I've played here for years, withdrew hundreds of times no issue. Their t and c state that they will provide a final resolution to a complaint within 10 days. It's been 34. Complaints with other sites are completely ignored. Kahwanasake is their regulator and can't investigate until I have a final resolution. Please help. I'm at my wits end. Disputed amount: 1200€ Casino: Staxino Casino Case #: 4778
