Stake Casino- account suspended
My account with Stake.com has been suspended since July 21st, 2025, with a balance of 3,772 USDT. The operator requested additional verification documents, which I have provided in full, including:
- A copy of my government-issued ID
- Selfie verification
- Proof of address
- Proof of funds
Despite submitting all requested documentation and following every instruction, my account remains suspended, and I am unable to access or withdraw my funds.
I have repeatedly contacted Stake.com’s support team, but their responses have not resolved the issue. I now believe that the operator may be unjustifiably withholding my funds.Today as of 09.04.2026 - they ask the same documents again, that have previously been sent.
I am requesting the Curaçao Gaming Authority to review this case and verify whether Stake.com is acting in accordance with its licence obligations, particularly regarding fair treatment of players, responsible account management, and withdrawal rights.
