Stake.com - cancelled my TRX withdrawal and removed my balance
Hello,
I am submitting a complaint regarding my Stake.com account (username: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇).
I requested a withdrawal of 3530.89493997 TRX on July 19, 2026 at 02:02:53 UTC. The withdrawal was cancelled, and the amount was removed from my account balance.
The transaction details are:
Currency: TRX
Amount: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
Wallet address: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
Transaction hash: Not provided / null
I contacted Stake.com live support regarding this issue, but they were unable to help me. The support agents stated that they did not know the reason for the cancellation or why my balance was removed.
It is very disappointing to experience such a situation on a global platform like Stake.com. My withdrawal was cancelled without a clear explanation, and my funds have not been returned.
I kindly request a full investigation into this matter and either the restoration of my missing balance or a clear explanation with valid proof of what happened.
